I worked firsthand with the director of Equity to create the posters and other design collateral for the short film. In the film, Henry is constantly referring to these exotic locations that he has never been to because of his "work ethic".
The goal of the design was to create an illustrative representation of the main actor while hinting at his internal conflict. The goal of the postprocessing was to create more visual parity with the midcentury travel postcards that inspired the original designs. By adding distressed textures, muted colors, and halftone patterns I aimed and creating a sense of nostalgia and ephemerality.
